– Manage implementation in Clovis International
– Create Project organisation and -structure startup OptInsight
Activities:
– Establish requirements to used processes and tooling
– Create and implement methods, processes, and standards for project management
– Manage implementation tooling for customer in 5 countries
– Manage stakeholders, planning and adoption in organisation
Results:
– Project structure and -organisation set up and implemented
– Successful implementation tooling at customer
