– Execute global transition from single- to multi-tenant organisation

– Develop and implement vision in the role of transition manager
– Form and manage teams, stakeholder management, planning, reporting and financial management

– Guided infrastructural- (3) en SAP- (1) projects
– Managed teams, both internally, as with leaving and receiving customer
– Worked out and implemented commercial opportunities
