Programme Open op Orde (OoO)
Open op Orde (Open all in Order) is the programme started by the federal Government to support the Woo law (publish documents pro-actively and on request).
Within the IMG we enable employee awareness of the Dutch archiving law, and the Woo (law Open Government), provide policies and working procedures, as well as tooling to enable archiving, preparation to publish and publication, thus ensuring IMG to comply with the law.
Responsibilities in goals:
– The IMG can find, prepare and publish documents (as described in the archiving law), both pro-actively and on request
– IMG employees understand what the Woo law means, and why archiving is a necessity. They have adopted the policies, procedures and tooling supporting them in working as required.

Programme Toekomstgericht Werken en Archiveren (TWA)
Future Proof working and Archiving. Some years ago, the MT IMG has taken some decision regarding a way of working and archiving, that currently seem outdated, due to new and improved tooling available. Hence, a new, future proof way of working, with archiving ‘by design’ needs to be developed and implemented.
Responsibilities in goals:
– A designed, implemented and adopted, future proof way of working is made available, archiving ‘by design’
– Employees are aware of their responsibilities, and of the multiple tools archiving (mostly automated) documents
